Location: London Duration: 4 weeks Team: Product Type: Paid internship Eligibility: Female-only internship opportunity supporting greater female participation in STEM and nuclear-related careers. The Role Asite is looking for two Business Analyst Interns to support our Product team on a live nuclear-sector project. The interns will help review, document and analyse GBE-N requirements, working with Product colleagues to translate stakeholder needs into clear business and product outputs. What you'll do Support the gathering and documentation of business and user requirements. Attend selected requirements meetings, workshops and internal discussions. Translate stakeholder needs into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria. Create process maps for current and proposed workflows. Review requirements against existing Asite functionality. Identify gaps, dependencies, risks and areas requiring clarification. Maintain a structured requirements tracker. Support product demonstrations, walkthroughs and internal presentations. Assist with testing and validating proposed solutions. Produce a final summary of findings and recommendations. Qualifications Currently studying, or recently graduated from, a STEM, technology, engineering or related discipline. Interest in nuclear projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear written and verbal communication. Able to organise complex information clearly. Interest in business analysis, digital products, infrastructure or the nuclear sector. Comfortable working collaboratively and asking questions. Previous Business Analysis or nuclear-sector experience is not required. What you'll gain Practical experience working on real nuclear-project requirements. Exposure to Business Analysis methods and product development.
