Position: Business Analyst - Supply Chain Location: Lisburn, Northern Ireland The Opportunity We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Supply Chain team in Lisburn. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional to help transform operational and supply chain data into meaningful business insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement. Working closely with Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in analysing performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives across the business. What You'll Be Doing Analyse supply chain and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports to support business decision-making. Collect, interpret and report on key business and supply chain KPIs. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to support data-driven strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver insights and recommendations that improve operational performance and efficiency. Support business intelligence activities through quantitative analysis and reporting. Evaluate supply chain opportunities and contribute to strategic improvement projects. Conduct statistical analysis and maintain records to support departmental objectives and performance metrics. Develop and document standard operating procedures relating to data collection and analysis. Support the implementation of standard work and process improvements. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across business systems and reporting platforms. Follow health and safety procedures while maintaining an organised and efficient working environment. Qualifications & Skills – Essential Criteria Qualified in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience. Proven experience in a data analysis, business analysis, supply chain analysis or operational analytics role. Experience working within a Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Operations environment. Advanced skills with packages such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI, including reporting, data manipulation, pivot tables and analysis. Experience working with data models, database structures and statistical analysis techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
