Business Consulting Project Manager

The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Consulting Project Manager to lead complex consulting engagements and transformation initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project delivery, work closely with senior stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help organizations solve strategic and operational challenges. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high-quality deliverables, strong client relationships, and successful project outcomes while contributing to business growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Management Lead multiple consulting projects from initiation through completion. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics. Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress against objectives. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Coordinate internal and client teams to achieve project goals. Client & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding business challenges and recommending practical solutions. Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations. Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations effectively to senior leadership. Consulting & Transformation Analyze business processes, operating models, and organizational structures. Lead assessments and develop actionable recommendations for improvement. Support business transformation, process optimization, operating model redesign, and change initiatives. Drive solution design and implementation in collaboration with client teams. Team Leadership Lead and mentor consultants and project team members. Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Allocate resources effectively and support team development. Business Development Contribute to proposal preparation and business development activities. Identify opportunities for additional services within existing client engagements. Support the development of thought leadership and market insights. Requirements Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is considered an advantage. Experience 5-8+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, project management, or a related field. Proven experience leading complex projects and client engagements. Track record of successfully managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Skills Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
