Business Development Partner Contractor - US Remote

As Goldstone Partner's newest Business Development Partner, you’ll own new business — opening doors, building relationships, and closing new search agreements with organizations that can benefit from GSP's right-sized, flexible recruiting model. This is a part-time 1099 opportunity for an experienced business development professional who knows how to turn the right conversation into a signed contract. You'll focus on winning new business; once the search is signed, our recruiting team takes it from there. Here's some of what needs to be done Identifying companies actively hiring across all industries Reaching out to hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers Introducing GSP's recruiting services and right-sized approach Scheduling introductory meetings with potential clients Building relationships with prospective clients and maintaining ongoing communication Closing new client contracts through consistent, relationship-driven outreach Collaborating with GSP's team on outreach strategy and client engagement And what it'll take to get it done 5+ years of business development experience Demonstrated success generating new opportunities through outbound outreach Proven track record of closing new business Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers Comfortable working independently in a self-directed 1099 structure An entrepreneurial mindset focused on ownership and revenue generation Our team enjoys Compensation - commission only with no base pay: $ 1,000 for each new client at first payment and 15% of success fees Flexible schedule in your virtual office Collaborative, high-performing team to hang out with!
