Together, we shape evolution. Objective Be responsible for providing estimation in the demand process, definition of the business and IT level requirements in the delivery process. Coordinate functional solution alignments between development teams. Support all processes like Release Management Change Management, testing, and go live. We’ve established ourselves as a leading developer of creative software solutions for enabling the cashless society Day-to-Day Responsibilities Translate high level business requirements into detailed specifications that are ready for implementation, respecting the application landsacpe, non-functional requirements and the agile process. Ensure proper communication on detailed requirements & use-cases to the relevant stakeholders (especially towards delivery teams). Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate and prioritize business requirements Support the QA and the run chapter with functional clarifications Identify service deficiencies and recommend enhancements Support the Product Owner in creating offers for tendered projects, roadmap planning etc. Maintain an up-to-date product documentation Who We Are Looking For We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means: 4+ years working in business analysis, requirements gathering or product management in a professional environment Deep experience of requirements engineering, specification and documentation in the context of agile software development teams Hands-on experience in testing and product configuration is a plus Ability to communicate technical and business concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels. Experience in working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with capability to manage multiple complex deliverables simultaneously.
