Job description

THIS ROLE This role, with the guidance of the line manager, responsible for coordinating and preparing fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds investing in alternative asset classes such as real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure, as well as corporate structures. The role supports the end-to-end client onboarding process by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to operational teams. Key responsibilities include conducting World Check and screening activities, assisting with AML/KYC analysis and internal database management, supporting internal compliance approval processes, completing bank account opening documentation, preparing service agreements, and participating in client and stakeholder calls when required. The position also involves assisting with the review of legal documents for structure setup, facilitating communication between Luxembourg and internal stakeholders, and supporting the Luxembourg Business Implementation team in completing onboarding documentation to ensure timely delivery of client requirements and a seamless onboarding experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO You'll coordinate and prepare fee proposals for Alternative Investment Funds investing in real estate, private equity, debt, infrastructure, and other corporate structures under the guidance of your line manager. You'll support the end-to-end client onboarding process by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring a smooth handover to operational teams. You'll assist with World Check and screening activities, AML/KYC analysis, internal database maintenance, and internal compliance approval processes. You'll prepare bank account opening documentation, support account opening activities, draft service agreements, and participate in client and stakeholder calls when required. You'll assist with legal document reviews, facilitate communication between Luxembourg and internal teams, and support the Luxembourg Business Implementation team in completing onboarding documentation and meeting client deliverables.
