We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator with strong data analytics expertise and advanced Excel proficiency to lead and oversee the entire billing process for our clients. These skills are integral to daily operations within the role. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual agreements while leading process improvements, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships at a senior level. Your Role Lead and oversee the complete billing cycle strategy across the team. Drive and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce errors in invoicing. Review and approve accurate invoices prepared by junior staff Ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with accounting principles and company policies. Lead reconciliation of billing accounts and resolve complex discrepancies. Manage complex client relationships and escalations. Review and approve service agreements and contracts for billing alignment Work with various departments (e.g., Fund Accounting, Client Services, Sales, Legal) to gather necessary billing information. Produce high-level management reporting and present findings to leadership. Drive data analytics strategy and process improvements. Oversee advanced Excel reporting tools and systems. Analyze trends for strategic decision-making. About You BA in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics or similar. 4+ years relevant work experience, preferably in a data-driven or analytical role. Financial Services industry experience an asset. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is required – daily use of complex formulas, data modeling, and reporting tools. Experience with contract management platforms (e.g., Icertis) preferred. Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity.
