Application Deadline: We will review applications on a rolling-basis Duration: 8 months Positions Available : 1 Start Date: January 4 , 2027 For this exciting position, we are specifically targeting students who have a Computer Science or Business background. Candidates must be enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution for the full duration of the co-op term and plan to return to their studies upon completion for at least one academic term. If you are not currently located near the work location, you must be willing to commute or temporarily relocate for the duration of the term. A valid study permit and studentship letter will be required where applicable. This position reports to the Senior Business Systems Analyst within the Toronto SAP Marketing and Logistics team. The incumbent will help with the incident tracking system and change requests to compile useful statistics for SAP project and workload review. Assists in testing development of efficient SAP business processes to meet evolving requirements of business functions. SAP is used by approximately 80 users to process transactions for customer deliveries with a total revenue of more than $4 billion dollars. Monitor incident and change request due dates and prepare reports to support timely follow-up and resolution Compile and maintain statistics for monthly reports to support SAP team workload and project reviews Assist with SAP testing by supporting test activities, documenting results, and identifying issues or required follow-up Assist with creating and maintaining SAP system and process documentation Collect and organize information from SAP team members and business users to support reporting, system activities, and team requirements Provide general administrative and operational support to the SAP Marketing and Logistics team Assist with SAP user support activities, including password resets and other routine access-related requests Support the annual SAP user access review by gathering, reviewing, and maintaining user access information Assist with reviewing, resolving, and closing SAP incident tickets in collaboration with the SAP team and business users Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business related program at a Canadian post-secondary institution Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle various tasks and priorities Ability to work closely with team members, business users, and multi-functional teams Ability to gather, organize, and analyze information to support reporting and business processes Attention to detail and accuracy when working with reports, documentation, and system information Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use good judgment when addressing issues Ability to adapt to changing priorities, responsibilities, and business requirements Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies Demonstrated commitment to health and safety Why choose a Co-op with Teck? Pay Range: CAD $4,108 - $5,183 per month The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
