CAD Drafter

We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Technician to convert rough site drawings, sketches, and survey data into precise, professional 2D technical drawings to support our surveying projects. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY - Technical Drawing: Produce accurate 2D production drawings, floor plans, and sketches using AutoCAD. - Drawing Templating: Transfer, organize, and convert client-supplied drawings into the company's branded template for use by surveyors during site visits. - Design Markup: Translate markups, conceptual sketches, and site survey data into high-quality, viable technical plans, based on surveyors' rough site-visit sketches, applying the H+R SOCOTEC Standard key. - Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and implement amendments, ensuring all project requirements are met. - Compliance and Standards: Ensure all drawings adhere to company drafting standards and practices. - Data Management: Maintain and organize electronic drawing files and documentation in line with project timelines - Software Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience with AutoCAD. - Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methods and/or engineering principles. - Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for accuracy and detail. - Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese - Attractive salary and bonus with annual revision - Compulsory insurance pay as gross monthly salary - 42 hours per week (30 minutes early finish every Friday), flexible working hours options. - 15 annual leave days (Women) and 13 annual leave days (Men) - 15 working from home days each year - Team-building activities, Sport Clubs. - Cooperation with colleagues around the world in a leading global group. - Strong team spirit in an entrepreneurial environment of a growing company. - People values, social responsibility, and sustainability. - Opportunities for self-development and career advancement. - Internal training courses (technical, foreign language, soft-skill) SOCOTEC VIETNAM is a technical support platform for the SOCOTEC Group providing expert services on a range of projects in testing, inspection and certification (TIC) in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
