We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our team as Call Verification Officers (CVO)The ideal candidates will be responsible for conducting verification and prequalification calls, confirming customer information, and supporting the onboarding process to ensure accuracy and compliance.Location: Ikeja, Lagos State Work Mode: HybridSalary: ₦100,000 MonthlyKey ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to verify customer information and documentationPerform prequalification checks based on defined criteriaAccurately document call outcomes and customer responsesEscalate discrepancies or red flags identified during callsMaintain a high level of professionalism and customer serviceSupport the onboarding and verification process as requiredRequirementsStrong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a hybrid environmentBasic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)Prior experience in customer service, call center operations, or verification roles is an added advantage
