Our client, a sports gaming house is looking for a Campaign Execution Specialist, where his role will be: Key Responsibilities:Deal directly & manage effectively all customer queries regarding promotions & bonusesHandle complaints and provide solutions related to bonusesMonitor and evaluate the activity of customersProvide accurate information regarding company's promotionsDeliver marketing campaigns (through Optimove/ Mailup/ Locosms marketing tools Qualification Requirements:At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role within the iGaming industryExperience in using CRM tools/ campaigns is a plusPassion about sports and good understanding of online gaming productsExcellent communication and a team working spiritFluency in both English and Portuguese languageFlexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7
