Our client, an important sports gaming house, is looking for a Campaing Execution Specialist to join their team.Key ResonsabilitiesAs a Campaign Execution Specialist you will have to:Deal directly & manage effectively all customer queries regarding promotions & bonusesHandle complaints and provide solutions related to bonusesMonitor and evaluate the activity of customersProvide accurate information regarding company's promotionsHandle daily promotions for both Online Sportsbook and CasinoDeliver marketing campaigns (through Optimove/ Mailup/ Locosms marketing tools)Communicate with Sportsbook & Casino Departments, providing feedback regarding promotions, banners etc. RequirementsAt least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role within the iGaming industryExperience in using CRM tools/ campaigns is a plusPassion about sports and good understanding of online gaming productsExcellent communication and a team working spiritFluency in both English and Portuguese languageFlexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7
