Candidate Experience Admin (6-month contract)

P-301 As a Candidate Experience Admin at Databricks, you'll be the engine that powers our in person recruiting efforts, focusing on physical logistics and execution to deliver a smooth, error-free onsite candidate experience. As one of the primary points of contact for candidates visiting our offices, you'll partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, and hiring teams to deliver an exceptional, high-touch interviewing experience. The impact you will have: In person in one of our hubs: San Francisco or Mountain View office, 5 days a week Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for candidates, managing timely, professional, and friendly communication (written and verbal) to ensure candidates feel supported throughout their journey Build relationships and trust with the broader Talent Acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders Manage physical logistics and in person candidate experience, maintaining an active day-of presence to oversee candidate greetings, manage room changes, and perform live troubleshooting Coordinate interviews, prioritizing high-touch, time-sensitive scheduling needs, and hiring experience Contribute to and identify data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects that enhance our recruitment processes and candidate experience programs What we look for: Active hands-on logistics management and real-time troubleshooting capabilities Effective communication and prioritization skills The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving in person and scheduling needs Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback Proactive approach to resolving ambiguous challenges and unexpected in person logistics on the fly A track record of high accuracy and attention to detail An interest in technology and artificial intelligence Pay Range Transparency Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
