CBS - AWS - Training Room Technician

We are looking for a Technician Room Technician to support the daily operations and ensure that workplace facilities and equipment are properly prepared and functioning. Key Responsibilities Prepare and set up rooms and facilities for meetings, training sessions, and other activities. Ensure equipment and supporting facilities are properly installed and ready for use. Provide technical and operational assistance during meetings, training sessions, and events. Perform basic troubleshooting when technical or equipment-related issues occur. Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition. Support room arrangements and setups based on operational requirements. Coordinate with relevant teams for technical issues requiring further assistance. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of equipment after use. Qualifications Minimum SMK/Diploma (D3), preferably from a technical or related background. Basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, IT, or audio-visual equipment is preferred. Comfortable providing hands-on technical and operational support. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Service-oriented, responsible, and responsive. Good communication and coordination skills. Willing to work on-site and provide support based on operational needs.
