Let's have a look at the job in general As a Channel Account Manager, you will drive sales for our ground-breaking products by building positive relationships with customers. You will own ASUS brand, ensuring every customer interaction is tailored and outstanding. You will act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. In your daily duties, you will: Be responsible for the overall management of strategic and operational customer relationship activities Develop a thorough understanding of our products/service offerings and of partners’ business requirements to better upsell and cross-sell to customers Develop a business plan & suitable coop marketing activities campaign for each customer Plan customers’ product mix to match with brand strategy and market demand Manage channel partners’ healthy inventory Identify new opportunities of acquiring channel partners and developing new customers Monitor overall market with Product/Pricing/Promotion surveying Proactively develop customer relationships We are thrilled if you own the following qualities 2+ year experience in Account Management in ICT and a good understanding of the enterprise market is a plus Ability to articulate the value proposition of our product/service offerings Ability to establish relationships with customers and partners Advanced motivational & negotiation skills with a high focus on customer satisfaction Good planning and analytical skills Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once Fluent in English What makes you an outstanding profile Results-driven Problem solver Relationship oriented Organized Effective communication Competitive How you prospect your future ASUS is also a great place to grow and shape your career.
