We’re Hiring | Chief of Staff to CEO (Individual Role) We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and leadership team in driving organizational priorities, cross-functional execution, and business growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can operate with high ownership, and has the ability to bridge strategy with execution. Key Responsibilities: • Work directly with the CEO on strategic planning, business priorities, and special projects • Drive cross-functional coordination and ensure timely execution of key initiatives • Manage leadership reviews, business updates, presentations, and decision-making frameworks • Track organizational goals, KPIs, and follow-ups across departments • Act as a strategic advisor and communication bridge between the CEO and stakeholders • Support business analysis, operational improvements, and growth opportunities • Prepare high-impact reports, presentations, and leadership communication • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with maturity and discretion What We’re Looking For: • MBA or equivalent preferred • 2-5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, founder’s office, or Chief of Staff roles • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment • Excellent problem-solving mindset with strong ownership and execution capability • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools Location: TTC Area, MIDC, Pawne Village, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400705 Experience: 5–10 Years If you are passionate about building, solving complex business problems, and working closely with leadership, we’d love to connect.
