What You’ll Do As Clinic Director, you’ll combine hands-on IV care with team leadership and clinic operations. Clinical Responsibilities Start IVs and administer infusion therapies Monitor clients throughout treatments Document care accurately in EMR Ensure all treatments meet state and professional standards Leadership Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support clinical staff Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and training team members Responsible for inventory and ordering Maintain and train on policies and procedures Monitor staff performance and set development goals Resolve team conflicts professionally Maintain a positive, high-performance clinic culture What We’re Looking For Licensure RN, LPN, Paramedic Experience 2+ years of IV or vascular access experience 2+ years of leadership or management Key Skills Strong IV insertion and monitoring Excellent leadership and communication skills Customer-focused patient care approach Retail, sales or customer service experience is a plus Ability to mentor and develop staff Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted (100 lbs assisted) Ability to stand, bend, sit, and move for extended periods Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ready to Lead a Clinic That Changes Lives?
