Clinic Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy care facility within a growing multi-site nonprofit organization. This role bridges clinical and administrative functions, ensuring that the team operates efficiently, compassionately, and in alignment with organizational standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, and workflowOversee client and patient experience from intake through dischargeManage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply chain for the facilitySupport HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews for clinic staffMonitor financial performance and assist with budget managementEnsure compliance with OSHA, DEA, and state regulationsServe as a liaison between clinical staff and organizational leadershipIdeal Background:3+ years of clinic or practice management experienceRelevant certification preferred (e.g., CVPM or equivalent)Proficiency with practice management softwareStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsExperience in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment a plus
