Cloud Engineer

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Cloud Engineer. The Cloud Engineer will design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions to support the organization's goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing existing cloud infrastructure, addressing system performance issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new solutions. The role also involves troubleshooting, implementing best practices, and ensuring system security and compliance. Qualifications Proficiency in Cloud Computing and Infrastructure management Experience in Software Development and working with diverse programming languages Strong knowledge of Linux and system administration Experience with Databases, including management, optimization, and troubleshooting Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
