About The Role We are seeking a skilled 3 Line Cloud Engineer specializing in Azure to join Akkodis’s dynamic support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise-scale Azure cloud environments, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance. Your primary focus will be on operational management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Azure services, working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality cloud solutions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience managing Azure environments, with a solid understanding of Azure IaaS and networking services. Relevant qualifications include certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Candidates should have practical knowledge of hybrid connectivity solutions, containerized workloads, and automation scripting. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively within an agile team are essential. A proven track record supporting large corporate environments and familiarity with industry best practices for security and scalability will be highly advantageous. Responsibilities Perform root cause analysis, investigation, diagnosis, and reporting of cloud-related issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal service delivery. Monitor and optimize Azure environments to maintain high availability, performance, and security standards. Troubleshoot and resolve build, deployment, and infrastructure issues efficiently, providing timely solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and best practices for cloud operations. Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and operational consistency. Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. Participate in on-call support rotations outside of regular business hours, with additional compensation provided for after-hours support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new cloud solutions and optimize existing infrastructure. Assist in capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning for Azure environments.
