We’re looking for a world class Chief Marketing Officer to help build one of the most influential consumer brands of the next decade.
This role is for someone operating at the absolute highest level of marketing, brand building, growth, and consumer psychology. Someone who understands how to shape culture, engineer attention at scale, and turn products into movements.
You’ll join a small, highly driven team building at the intersection of AI, aesthetics, biometrics, health, and consumer technology. The opportunity here is unusually large. Qoves already reaches millions of people every month organically, and we are now entering the next phase of growth across software, diagnostics, supplements, skincare, regenerative health, and consumer AI.
The person in this role will own the entire growth and marketing ecosystem of the company.
You will oversee brand strategy, acquisition, content, partnerships, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, product launches, creative systems, and the expansion of Qoves into a globally recognized category leader.
This is not a corporate management role. It is highly operational and execution-heavy. We want someone who can think strategically at a high level while also getting directly involved in creative, copy, funnels, campaigns, analytics, and growth decisions on a daily basis.
You should be comfortable operating in an environment with extreme speed, high expectations, constant iteration, and large upside.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Brand & Cultural Positioning
Shape the long-term identity and positioning of Qoves across all consumer touchpoints
Develop narratives, campaigns, and messaging frameworks that make the brand culturally relevant and highly differentiated
Help establish Qoves as the defining authority in aesthetic science, facial diagnostics, and human optimization
Maintain a high standard of taste, consistency, and quality across creative, product marketing, and communications
Growth & Acquisition
Own customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic, influencer, affiliate, partnerships, lifecycle, and emerging channels
Scale acquisition profitably while continuously improving CAC efficiency and conversion rates
Oversee media buying strategy and allocation across multiple products and verticals
Build scalable systems for launches, promotions, partnerships, and user growth
Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities before competitors
Content & Creative Direction
Lead the strategic direction behind Qoves’ content ecosystem across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and future platforms
Work closely with editors, creators, designers, researchers, and operators to produce high-performing content at scale
Refine hooks, messaging, storytelling, thumbnails, ad creative, landing pages, and consumer journeys
Build systems that consistently generate viral reach while strengthening the brand
Team & Execution
Recruit and lead elite marketing and creative talent
Create a culture centered around speed, ownership, creativity, and high performance
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, and research teams
Build internal systems and workflows that allow the company to execute quickly at scale
Who We’re Looking For
You have experience scaling high-growth consumer brands, internet brands, or DTC companies
You deeply understand modern consumer attention, internet culture, and platform dynamics
You are highly analytical and comfortable working across attribution, funnels, retention, conversion, and performance data
You have excellent instincts for storytelling, branding, copywriting, and creative direction
You are hands-on and execution-oriented rather than purely managerial
You move quickly, solve problems independently, and thrive in fast-moving environments
You actively use AI tools to improve speed, creativity, workflows, and output across marketing and operations
