As we continue to scale our global platform, the Forklift Operator will play a critical role in driving safe, efficient movement of inventory to support warehouse production requirements. ROLE OVERVIEW The Forklift Operator is a key player in the loading, unloading, and movement of inventory utilizing forklift and pallet jack machinery, optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency and support production requirements at their assigned facility. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of licensed sports merchandise through the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory handling, and upholding the highest safety standards. The Forklift Operator delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams) • Collaborate with warehouse teammates and supervisors to coordinate the timely movement of inventory across the facility, contributing to a high-performing, fast-paced team environment. • Communicate clearly and proactively with receiving, shipping, and production teams to ensure alignment on priorities and load requirements. • Support a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by sharing observations and best practices with peers on the floor. Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans) • Ensure accurate and timely movement of officially licensed merchandise so that fan orders and retail shipments are fulfilled without delay. • Handle all inventory with care to preserve product quality, protecting the fan experience from warehouse floor to final destination. • Support accurate inventory counts to maintain stock integrity, enabling the business to meet fan and customer demand reliably. • Contribute to on-time shipping and receiving operations that keep Fanatics Commerce's fulfillment commitments to fans and partners. Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit) • Identify and flag workplace safety hazards proactively, recommending practical solutions to reduce risk and improve operational flow. • Optimize load configurations and equipment usage to maximize efficiency and minimize handling time across daily operations. • Apply familiarity with RF scanning equipment and barcode systems to improve receiving accuracy and inventory traceability. • Adapt quickly to changing daily work volumes, shift schedules, and evolving facility priorities to keep operations running smoothly. Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset) • Operate forklift and pallet jack equipment safely and proficiently, including Stand Up Counter Balance Forklift, Center Rider Pallet Carrier, and Stock Picker. • Secure all loads properly before transport and adhere strictly to safety management standards and company protocols at all times. • Pull and place cartons on racks accurately, supporting efficient product flow and organization throughout the warehouse. • Perform inventory counts with precision and take ownership of assigned responsibilities with a reliable, detail-oriented approach. This role is expected to: • Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes • Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING Required Qualifications: • Demonstrated ability to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), including Stand Up Counter Balance Forklift, Center Rider Pallet Carrier, and Stock Picker. • Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift depending on daily work volume, and to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more, including reaching and bending during offloading and shipment separation. • Comfortable working at heights and in a fast-paced warehouse environment with flexibility for overtime hours and days as needed. • Strong attention to safety with the ability to identify workplace hazards and adhere to safety management standards consistently. • Working knowledge of RF scanning equipment and the ability to read and understand barcodes on boxes (preferred). • Ability to perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized product placement on racks and throughout the facility. • Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred; familiarity with professional sports leagues and teams is a plus.
