Job Duties With general autonomy: Manages a staff of Procurement Contracts Specialists. Assigns contract tasks and requisitions to staff for execution. Ensures pricing analysis and contractor qualifications reviews are complete before award recommendations. Works with PSL and other Support Functions on developing contracting strategy. Represents department for contract claim disputes or other legal matters concerning contracts. Negotiates legal terms and conditions. Job role has budgetary accountabilities. Qualifications Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in an applicable field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
