Now there is a fantastic opportunity for a curious and passionate Student to join our Northern Europe Hub Team in Norway. Could this be you? We are looking for a commercial Student who can assist our Norwegian Commercial Team while gaining insight into working commercially with well-known brands. Job Purpose During a 12-month period, you will work closely with the Norwegian commercial team, providing you with the opportunity to understand what it means to work commercially with well-known brands and some of Norway's biggest retailers. Some of the tasks you will participate in include: Being part of our Norwegian commercial team, supporting the team across Oral Care, Personal Care & Home Care with tasks related to portfolio optimization, competitive analysis, presentation creation, commercial reporting, and a range of marketing tasks. Acting as the responsible contact for consumer affairs management in Norway, liaising with our Northern European & European teams when local market responses are needed. Supporting the local marketing function with events, exhibitions, materials, and presentations for consumers and the trade. Keeping things running smoothly in the office by offering general administration support. Main Responsibilities Collaborate with the commercial team on market trends, including competitor analysis and market share analysis, utilizing on-going analysis from Nielsen and other external sources. Support the commercial team with the creation of pricing ladders, innovation grids, and product promotion initiatives. Strengthen customer selling stories and presentations, adding insight to the broader CP business. Align with our European Consumer Affairs team to provide them with necessary responses and local market information on CP products across Oral Care, Personal Care, and Home Care. Support the local commercial team in organizing exhibitions and events for marketing and trade meetings. Handle office administration tasks, including ordering samples, supporting the Norway team, managing the staff-shop, and processing invoices. Work closely with Retail Managers on in-store activation opportunities such as displays, competitions, giveaways, etc. Work closely with the Hub Social Media team to adapt content for local execution, update website content, and localize Paid Search strategy and SEO implementation. Key Challenges: Providing effective support to the commercial team on a number of projects simultaneously. Ensuring that key stakeholders are completing tasks in a timely manner. Managing relationships with numerous stakeholders across functions and geographies.
