Commercial Loan Officer

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer to develop new business, manage client relationships, and originate commercial lending solutions. This is a client-facing role focused on driving revenue and expanding the bank’s portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Build and maintain relationships with business clients.Loan Origination: Structure and present commercial loan opportunities.Pipeline Management: Manage deals from origination through closing.Client Advisory: Provide financial solutions tailored to client needs.Collaboration: Work with credit and underwriting teams to finalize transactions.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in commercial lending or banking.SkillsStrong relationship-building and sales skills.Ability to analyze financial statements and creditworthiness.Knowledge of commercial lending products.AttributesResults-driven and client-focused.Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.Compensation$100,000 – $150,000 base + bonus
