Compliance Officer

Role Description This part-time, remote Compliance Officer role involves ensuring organizational adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Responsibilities include developing, monitoring, and updating compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and staying informed on changes in regulations. The Compliance Officer will collaborate with various departments to implement compliance solutions and prepare necessary reports. Qualifications Proficiency in Compliance Management and understanding of Regulatory Compliance standards Strong Analytical Skills to assess risks and evaluate processes Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and providing clear compliance guidance Knowledge of Finance principles to support compliance within financial operations Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports Prior experience in a compliance-related role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
