Compliance Officer

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Compliance Officer at NJD Web Español. The Compliance Officer will ensure adherence to regulatory and legal standards, oversee compliance policies, and perform risk assessments. They will also work to implement strategies that foster regulatory compliance, conduct audits, and establish protocols to mitigate risks. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders will be essential in upholding the company’s standards and guiding organizational compliance initiatives. Qualifications Expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Effective Communication Skills to collaborate with stakeholders Basic knowledge of Financial Regulations or experience in financial compliance Familiarity with legal documentation and risk management processes is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup Fluency in Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills
