Compliance Officer / Policy Specialist / Governance Manager

Role Description This part-time role for a Compliance Officer / Policy Specialist / Governance Manager is a hybrid position based in Zurich, with flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include managing compliance processes, overseeing regulatory requirements, analyzing policies and procedures for adherence to industry standards, and ensuring financial accountability. The role also involves clear internal and external communication to maintain adherence to regulations and governance best practices. Qualifications Strong expertise in Compliance Management and a thorough understanding of Regulatory Compliance Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal Communication abilities Knowledge or experience in Finance and financial regulations Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex policies and guidelines Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies is a plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Prior experience in compliance or governance roles is preferred
