Concierge / Guest Relations Officer (Luxury Hotel)

Deliver personalized concierge services to hotel guests. Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other guest requests. Provide accurate information about local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Handle VIP guest requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining the highest service standards. Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Relations Officer, Guest Experience Agent, or in a similar role within a luxury hotel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong knowledge of hospitality service standards. Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Transferable Iqama is required.
