Come and join our winning team!  Do you like to work outside?  Are you knowledgeable with general maintenance experience?You must be self-motivated and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.You must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends, and holidays.  Competitive Pay & Benefits include:MedicalDentalVisionPaid Leave after 90 days of employmentPaid HolidaysPTO and Vacation PayThis position is responsible for coordinating and providing for the maintenance of all buildings and building equipment.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Maintenance of all association property and equipment, upkeep of the pools/spa, and common areas. Check and maintain pool chemical levels.Perform scheduled inspections on building equipment and buildings, maintain storerooms and pump rooms.Perform Monthly HVAC preventive maintenance, and assist with custodial duties as needed.Physical DemandsWork tasks are performed primarily outdoors.  Temperature varies due to weather conditions.Position requires walking and giving directions; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours.  The length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.Must be able to exert a well-paced ability to reach different outlets and other departments of the resort on a timely basis.Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning and stocking tasks.Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. On a regular and continuing basis.  Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity.Talking and hearing occur continuously in communicating with guests, supervisors, and other employees.Education                  High school or equivalent education preferred. ExperienceMinimum two years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a resort environment.  Certified Pool Operator within one year of employment.Licenses or Certificates      Must possess a valid Drivers License.  Must obtain a CPO (Certified Pool Operators License) within one year of employment.
