In this role you will get to work on a world leading giga project. What You'll Be Doing Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop and manage construction execution plans, resource requirements, and critical project milestones. Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to maximise productivity and project performance. Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives and key project stakeholders on all construction-related matters. Monitor progress, identify risks and constraints, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives. Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of construction management experience delivering large civil, infrastructure, industrial, or structural projects. Proven experience leading multidisciplinary site teams and managing construction superintendents and engineers. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, planning, scheduling, and field operations. Demonstrated experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and major construction equipment resources. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Desired Skills & Experience Previous experience delivering major infrastructure, public realm, or complex urban development projects. Knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and commercial management principles. Experience working within large-scale programme or PMO environments. Strong understanding of quality management, health, safety, and environmental compliance. Experience working on projects within the Middle East and leading culturally diverse teams.
