Construction Site Manager

Your Mission The Construction Site Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering the safe, efficient, and high-quality construction of a 200MW/800MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project. The position is focused on overseeing all site-based activities, ensuring works are executed in line with design specifications, programme requirements, and construction best practices, while effectively managing contractors, resources, and interfaces on site. This role is central to driving construction performance, maintaining strict control of health and safety, quality, and productivity throughout all phases of the build. It supports the successful progression from early works through to commissioning by proactively managing site risks, resolving technical and logistical challenges, and fostering a disciplined, delivery-focused culture that ensures the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest construction standards.
