We currently have two opportunities available: one 12-month contract role and one permanent full-time role. What will your typical day look like? In this role, your day will be a blend of analysis, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You’ll support quality and risk initiatives across the Technology & Transformation and Operate practices by helping develop and maintain tools, processes, dashboards, and reports that enable leaders to monitor performance and proactively manage risk across the engagement lifecycle. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to track progress against quality plans, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and support national communications and training that promote consistent delivery excellence. You’ll also collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate projects, support planning and execution, and ensure key milestones and deliverables are met. This includes managing intake requests, coordinating with offshore resources, and contributing to special initiatives that advance the Service Excellence agenda. Each day offers exposure to different parts of the business, opportunities to build strong relationships, and hands‑on experience strengthening how quality and risk management is embedded across engagements. About the team Quality & Risk Management supports the Technology & Transformation and Operate practice to provide advisory and management support services across various stages of the engagement lifecycle from sales to operate, promoting quality and risk standards including project delivery methods and tools to achieve delivery excellence. Enough about us, let’s talk about you You are someone with these required skills: Support the development and improvement of quality and risk programs, tools, and processes for leaders and practitioners Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and technology-enabled solutions that improve efficiency and user experience Advise leaders and engage stakeholders on quality and risk processes and expectations Maintain dashboards, reports, and the QRM Quality Plan to track Service Excellence performance, compliance, and risk Provide timely insights, updates, and follow-up support to leaders and stakeholders Coordinate intake, onboarding, approvals, compliance monitoring, documentation, action tracking, and stakeholder follow-up Manage shared intake channels and route requests appropriately Coordinate cross-functional and offshore resources to align priorities and deliver against milestones Advance the Service Excellence strategic agenda through special projects and streamlined processes that improve the business experience It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have’s as well: Organized, quality-focused, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, business acumen, and stakeholder skills Experience or interest in reporting, dashboards, data analysis, automation, project coordination, or training is an asset Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
