Position Summary As Content Expert, you will be the above-market point of contact for Global Category Leads, Strategic Business Units and Zones, helping turn approved holistic content and brand communication strategies into executable plans across consumer touchpoints. You will orchestrate implementation across global agencies, NBS teams and markets, acting as a Brand Guardian throughout localization while promoting Nestlé's content operating models, services and tools. You will contribute specialist recommendations, market needs and operational insights, while business strategy, budgets, contracts and final brand decisions remain with the accountable Business owners. A day in the life of... Turn strategy into action — translate approved content and brand communication priorities into milestones, deployment roadmaps and market requirements. Orchestrate delivery — coordinate global agencies, NBS teams and markets, track status and risks, and help remove operational barriers. Act as Brand Guardian — guide local adaptations, safeguard global brand governance, resolve questions and escalate decisions that require Business approval. Coordinate campaigns and content end to end — support demand intake, briefing, integrated debriefs, timelines, production follow-up, playbooks, toolkit shareout and Content Hub upload compliance. Accelerate adoption — advocate Nestlé Content Operating Models and integrated solutions, including Content Services, Content Studio, Content Hub and CreativeX. Connect global and local teams — consolidate market needs, content trends, adaptability requirements, execution constraints and lessons learned into actionable recommendations. Build capability — coach stakeholders, deliver training and share knowledge and best practices across teams. Strengthen governance — improve processes and ways of working, provide regular performance and status reporting, and coordinate continuous-improvement plans with the relevant owners. What will make you successful: 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, eBusiness, or related fields, with strong expertise across digital platforms. The candidate should demonstrate a solid understanding of content strategy and content creation for multiple channels, including social media, websites, CRM, and other digital touchpoints. They should be able to adapt content to platform-specific best practices, audience needs, and consumer behaviors to effectively achieve business and performance KPIs. Experience managing content creation for professional and expert audiences, with a clear understanding of how to communicate complex or technical topics in a relevant, engaging, and credible way. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering project launches, rollouts, and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Experience within animal health, human health, veterinary medicine, healthcare, or related industries would be a differential. Strong project management skills, with proven experience building and managing project plans and timelines, coordinating multiple workstreams, and facilitating collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders. Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a global environment. Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities, demonstrated through effective interaction across multiple channels (meetings, calls, chat, email, project management tools, and ticketing systems), combined with a proactive and responsive approach. Strong team-oriented mindset, characterized by empathy, enthusiasm, accountability, ownership, adaptability, resilience, and a collaborative spirit. Results-driven and performance-oriented, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and business impact.
