Continuing Care Assistant (CCA), Program Manager

Job Purpose : The Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) Program Manager, Halifax, is responsible for the overall operational leadership, growth, and successful delivery of Oxford International Education Group Career College's Continuing Care Assistant Program in Halifax. This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership to ensure the program operates efficiently, delivers an exceptional student experience, and continues to grow while meeting institutional, regulatory, and industry expectations. Along with the managerial team you will supervise (Practicum Placement Coordinator, Program Advisor, and Lead Instructor), you will oversee all aspects of program operations, including instructor leadership, workforce planning, capacity building, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, practicum coordination, student progression, and continuous quality improvement. You are accountable for program performance, enrollment growth, student retention, regulatory compliance, and building strong partnerships with healthcare and industry stakeholders. The role leads, mentors, and supports a team of instructors while working collaboratively with admissions, student services, curriculum, compliance, and campus leadership to drive operational excellence, innovation, and program growth. In this role, you will also provide oversight of program delivery to ensure curriculum is delivered consistently and in accordance with institutional and regulatory requirements. Occasional classroom, laboratory, or practicum instruction may be required to support program continuity and student success.
