Job Summary:Our architecture practice is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Contract Administrator to manage and administer contracts for architecture and construction projects. The Senior Level Contract Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are executed within the agreed terms of the contract, managing and mitigating risks, and providing guidance and leadership to junior contract administrators.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract administration, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team.Key Responsibilities:Manage and administer contracts for architecture and construction projectsEnsure compliance with all contract terms and conditions by all partiesIdentify, assess, and manage risks associated with contractsReview and analyze contract documents, including construction drawings, specifications, and project schedulesCollaborate with project teams to ensure that contract requirements are being metNegotiate and resolve any contract disputesCoordinate with legal counsel as neededDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendorsEnsure compliance with all applicable laws and regulationsProvide guidance and leadership to junior contract administratorsDevelop and implement best practices for contract administrationOther duties as assigned by senior managementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field10+ years of experience in contract administration for architecture or construction projectsIn-depth knowledge of contract law and regulationsExceptional communication and negotiation skillsProven ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary teamExtensive experience with contract management software, such as Procore or AconexProficient in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or PrimaveraStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workloadUnderstanding of sustainable and energy-efficient design principlesExperience with LEED certification a plusInternal Job Code: CA-CA-04Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 / Annually
