About the role: The Contract Coordinator will be a member of Boston Scientific’s Quality Assurance Team supporting BSC’s customers, Corporate Sales and internal operations. The Contract Coordinator interfaces with sales and operations teams with key responsibilities supporting rebate payments to customers, triaging rebate payment related questions and maintaining a highly detailed process. A successful team member must have a robust business acumen, strong attention to detail, comprehensive organizational skills and effective analytical abilities. Key Responsibilities: Work cross-functionally with the Rebates and Fees team, Pricing and Contracting teams, Global Business Support as well as other BSC divisions to ensure effective, accurate and consistent workflow. Communicate with the Sales organization and customers regarding rebate payment documentation. Prepare final customer facing documentation of rebate payment and submit payment requests through BSC Accounting on a weekly basis in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions. Utilize contracting management system tools and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure accurate and timely rebate payments. General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Support rebate payment and ad-hoc information requests from the Sales organization and/or customer. Manage rebate payment transactions through completion, including reviewing payment information, coordinating check, ACH, and credit memo processing, and ensuring required activities are completed within established timelines. Perform quality checks on payment information, customer-facing documentation, recipient information, and supporting records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist other members of the Quality Assurance team as needed. Manage multiple payment workflows, priorities, and recurring deadlines while addressing exceptions and resolving issues of moderate scope and complexity. Required Qualifications 4-year degree in business-related field Individual must display strong individual management skills, including effectively managing multiple priorities Must be detail oriented and eagerness to learn Must have strong Microsoft Office experience Must have excellent critical thinking skills Uses diplomacy and tact in interactions and problem solving Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a sales organization Experience with Business Intelligence platforms, and exposure to Model N, SAP or other Contracting/Revenue Management systems Requisition ID: 635892 Minimum Salary: $ 51000 Maximum Salary: $ 96900 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com— will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
