Contracts & Commercial Manager

Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of the project Handle claims, variations, and contractual correspondence Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors Monitor project costs, risks, and commercial performance Support project leadership in dispute resolution and cost control Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field 10–15 years experience in contracts/commercial roles Contracting / construction industry experience is mandatory Strong experience in GCC/KSA construction environment Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, and variations Experience in building / fit-out / MEP projects preferred 📌 Note: Immediate joining required The candidate should be residing in KSA and has a valid iqama.
