Job's mission As a Controller within Corporate Controls FP&A, you will help shape the financial performance of ASM's corporate functions through insightful planning, analysis, and business partnership. Working closely with leaders across the organization, you will provide the financial guidance that supports strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business initiatives while contributing to the success of a global leader in semiconductor technology. What you will be working on Serve as the Finance Business Partner for key corporate functions including Business Development, Risk Management, Tax, Government Relations, and Environmental, Health & Safety. Lead monthly financial controlling activities, including performance analysis and compliance with internal controls. Manage month-end close activities for assigned corporate functions. Drive monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes. Support corporate and group financial reporting activities. Contribute to the annual planning and budgeting cycle. Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and financial performance. Support financial transformation initiatives, including system implementations and process improvements. Participate in strategic projects such as M&A integrations and reporting platform enhancements. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across finance and business functions to support informed decision-making. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, accounting, or financial planning and analysis. Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and corporate finance practices. Proven experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and management reporting. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience working with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement. What sets you apart Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or other high-tech industries. Background in business controlling, corporate finance, or Big Four audit/consulting firms. Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders. Experience working in a global matrix organization.
