Role: Copywriter & Strategist Experience: 2–3 Years Format: Full-Time | On-Site | Coimbatore Note: Be ensure that you have your own laptop to carry out the work This role is designed for people who want to grow beyond execution and move into brand thinking and creative leadership over time. A typical growth path at Tag would look like: Copywriter → Strategist → Communication Specialist → Creative Director Scope of Work Develop strategic communication frameworks for brands across digital and offline platforms. Create compelling content for social media, campaigns, brand launches, and marketing initiatives. Translate brand positioning into consistent messaging and storytelling systems. Collaborate with design and video teams to ensure idea-to-visual alignment. Build campaign concepts rooted in insight, not trends alone. Contribute to pitch decks, proposals, and brand strategy documents. Craft platform-specific content (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with audience awareness. Support brand audits, competitor research, and communication diagnosis exercises. Basic understanding of AI tools is a plus, but knowing how to humanize communication matters more Maintain tone consistency across all client and internal communication. Work within agency timelines while maintaining clarity and quality. Roles & Responsibilities Decode client briefs and identify the real communication problem. Conceptualize and write campaign ideas backed by strategic rationale. Deliver structured, well-articulated content — not just creative lines. Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and strategists. Present ideas internally with clarity and confidence. Take ownership of assigned brands and ensure communication consistency. Stay updated on cultural trends, platform shifts, and brand movements. Manage multiple tasks without compromising thought quality. Accept feedback constructively and refine work efficiently. Contribute to building Tag’s internal intellectual property and brand voice. Be ensure that you have your own laptop to carry out the work
