Job Title: Junior Creative Copywriter Department: Marketing Level: Junior Reports To: Marketing Manager / Content Manager / Social Media Manager About the Role We are looking for a Junior Creative Copywriter to join the marketing team This role is suitable for someone who has a good understanding of the basics of marketing copy, social media content, and campaign writing, but is still in the early stage of their career and open to coaching and development. The most important requirement for this role is: CREATIVITY. We are not looking for someone who only writes correct sentences. We are looking for someone who can generate fresh ideas, write attention-grabbing headlines, unique content angles, distinctive captions, and campaign concepts that help content stand out and achieve the desired impact. The selected candidate will be guided and developed by the marketing team, so we do not require a Senior-level writer. However, you must have a solid foundation in copywriting and an understanding of marketing and social media principles. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Copywriting Write creative captions for social media platforms. Write engaging hooks for posts, Reels, Stories, and campaigns. Adapt writing style based on the platform and target audience. Support the social media team with daily and weekly content needs. Suggest creative content ideas, not only execute requested tasks. 2. Creative Idea Development Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content. Suggest creative angles for products, services, offers, and ads. Convert technical or business information into simple, engaging marketing messages. Think beyond direct selling and contribute ideas that build brand awareness and audience engagement. 3. Campaign Copywriting Write content for marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional messages, and awareness campaigns. Support the team with ad copy, headlines, taglines, and short campaign messages. Create multiple versions of content to test different angles and styles. Collaborate with designers and the social media team to ensure copy aligns with visuals and messaging. 4. Product & Service Content Write clear, simple, and engaging content to explain products and services. Convert product features into clear customer benefits. Support content related to ERP systems, POS, accounting software, restaurant management systems, and business management solutions. Simplify technical information into understandable, compelling marketing content. 5. SEO & Website Content Support Support the SEO team in writing website content, articles, landing pages, and product descriptions. Write clear, structured content that helps improve search engine visibility. Follow SEO team guidelines when creating content. Balance creativity, clarity, and SEO-friendly writing requirements. 6. Brand Voice Consistency Follow the company's brand tone and voice. Maintain consistency across social media, ads, website, and campaigns. Apply feedback from the marketing team to improve writing quality. Contribute to content that reflects a professional, trustworthy, and modern software company image. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in copywriting, marketing copy, social media content, or marketing communication. Strong creative thinking and idea generation ability. Good understanding of different types of social media content. Ability to write engaging hooks, captions, headlines, and short copy. Strong Arabic writing skills. Good English knowledge is a plus. Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and digital content. Ability to simplify technical or complex information. Highly receptive to feedback and development. Ability to collaborate with designers, social media managers, SEO specialists, and the marketing team. A portfolio of work is required.
