Contract type: Full-time, fixed-term (September 2026 - August 2017, with the possibility to extend) Working hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week with up to 10 hours of timetabled teaching Job overview and purpose The University of Bradford International College (UBIC) is an established and successful partnership between the University of Bradford and Oxford International Education Group. The College provides international students with access to a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the University and we expect to see over 500 students enrolled on our courses in 2026-27. As we grow and expand the range of courses on offer, we are looking to build on our success to date in providing students with a supportive, engaging and effective learning experience. To continue to improve the quality of our courses and to support the development of our teaching staff, we are recruiting a suitably qualified and experienced Core Subject Lead for Business and Management. As one of three Core Subject Leads and a member of the wider academic management team, you will work closely with Programme Leads and Tutors to improve key performance metrics (pass rates, progression rates and student satisfaction scores) across our four programmes. Level 3 – International Foundation Year and Year Zero Levels 4 and 5 – International Year One and Year Two Level 6 – International Pre-Master’s You will have substantial relevant experience, the knowledge and skills to teach on a range of modules within the Business and Management portfolio and the professional confidence and inter-personal skills needed to support the development of colleagues involved in delivering Business and Management modules.
