Job Description: Responsibilities: 1. 政策监测与研判：常态化跟踪国家及地方相关政策、行业规定和监管动态，定期梳理政策要点，研判政策落地带来的行业机遇和合规风险，为公司战略调整、业务布局优化、专项项目申报、合规经营管理提供专业参考依据。 2. 政府沟通与会务对接：负责对接政府部门、监管单位、行业协会等机构，开展日常沟通、事务对接、会务协调等工作。搭建并维护稳定、常态化的政企沟通渠道，维系良好的政企合作关系。 3. 企业事务与品牌建设：策划并执行公司品牌传播、口碑推广、行业交流相关项目，持续提升公司行业知名度与品牌影响力。负责企业资质荣誉申报、对外信息公示、行业口碑运维等综合企业事务工作。 4.产教融合与校企合作推广：专项推进校企产学研合作项目，统筹深化与各大高校的战略合作，推进校企共建、人才联合培养、科研协同合作等系列工作。 Requirements: 1. 学历要求：全日制本科及以上学历，集成电路、法学、公共管理、新闻传播等相关专业优先。 2. 语言能力：英语六级（CET-6）及以上水平，能够以英文为工作语言，具备流利的英语听、说、读、写能力。 3. 职业素养：具备良好的商务礼仪、职业素养和合规意识；擅长政企、高校等多方主体的商务对接；善于信息搜集、数据分析、文书及报告撰写。 4. 综合能力：热情积极、开朗外向，具备出色的沟通表达、商务统筹、人际交往及跨部门协调能力。工作主动高效、责任心强。具备快速学习能力，能够快速熟悉行业政策及公司业务。 Monolithic Power Systems, Inc.
