You create moments of Wonder by managing the daily cruise program, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an exceptional touring experience that exceeds guest expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the daily cruise program in line with company standards and financial guidelinesHost daily briefings, provide engaging commentaries, and accompany all excursions and eventsEnsure top-quality service from local guides, drivers, restaurants, and other partnersBuild strong working relationships with guests, crew, and local suppliersManage guest feedback (E-Surveys), reporting, and daily cruise documentationOversee guest embarkation/disembarkation and transfer arrangementsSupervise Enrichment/Activity Managers and coordinate onboard programsAct as a brand ambassador, promoting Scenic products and Travel VouchersEnsure safety, compliance, and readiness in all cruise operationsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong leadership and organizational skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesGuest-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiencesAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressurePrevious experience in hospitality, tourism, or cruise operations is an advantage
