The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of music technology and a passion for imparting that knowledge to customers in an approachable and helpful way.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGAssist customers over the phone or emailDevelop and maintain customer relationshipsKeep up to date with new product releases and industry newsProvide technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries or product issues.Process product exchanges, returns, and warranty claims.WHAT TO BRING1+ Years of experience with modular synthesis2+ Years of sales or customer service experienceExperience using hardware synthesizers & samplersExperience using Pro Audio / Recording GearProficient with DAW software & PluginsFamiliarity with both Mac and PC
