Responsibilities Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers in person, by phone, and through email. Respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to deliver effective solutions. Process requests and administrative tasks with attention to detail. Build positive relationships by delivering a high standard of customer care. Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office support as needed. Contribute to continuous improvements in customer service processes Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Professional attitude with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
