Our team takes pride in ensuring each member receives a smooth, supportive, and trustworthy experience from start to finish.Your RoleAs part of our growing team, you’ll work directly with union members who have requested information about their available benefits. Your responsibility is to help them clearly understand their options, answer their questions, and make sure they feel confident in the decisions they make for themselves and their families.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Managing inbound and outbound communications with union members who have expressed interest in benefit informationScheduling and leading virtual consultations to review available programsProviding accurate explanations of benefits, eligibility requirements, and enrollment detailsCompleting and verifying applications, forms, and supporting documentationMaintaining organized digital records while ensuring accuracy and complianceEngaging in continuous training, mentorship, and personal development programsCollaborating with team members and leadership to uphold consistent service standardsThis is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
