Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Care Representative , you'll play an important role in supporting our hospital customers and internal teams, helping solve problems and ensuring healthcare professionals get the support they need when it matters most. This is a fast-paced role that combines customer service, problem-solving and relationship building . You'll work closely with customers, Sales and teams across Stryker to understand what's happening, work through challenges and find the best solution. We're looking for someone who is switched on, ambitious and genuinely cares about the impact their work has on customers and patients.
