Customer Service Representative

Play a key role in shaping our performance across our Steelforce business. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor and based at our Toowoomba site, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service across the trade counter, phone and email channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help customers, process orders and keep things running smoothly in the office. We’re looking for someone who is switched on, communicates well and takes initiative.
