Your role What you'll be doing What We Need At Corpay, we help businesses manage their fleet, payment and related business needs with practical solutions and great customer support. We’re looking for a Customer Success Advocate to join our Growth/SMB team and help customers get real value from our products and services. This is a fast-paced, portfolio-based role for someone who enjoys talking to customers, solving problems, building trust and spotting ways to improve their experience. You’ll balance service, retention and commercially aware conversations, helping customers stay engaged, use our products well and access relevant services when they need them. You’ll join a supportive team where customer outcomes and commercial thinking go hand in hand. We offer a highly competitive salary, plus a monthly performance incentive. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 11:30am – 7:30pm. How We Work Following three months of training as a Customer Success Advocate, you will be expected to work in a hybrid (3 days in office/2 days from home) environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Ellerslie office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities You’ll support customers across their lifecycle, from welcome and onboarding conversations through to ongoing engagement, issue resolution and retention activity. Your day-to-day work will include: Proactively engaging with customers through welcome calls, health checks and account reviews Helping customers understand product features, billing, charges, self-service tools and available services Identifying early signs of dissatisfaction, reduced usage or churn risk, and taking ownership of the next steps Managing customer enquiries, concerns, incidents and complaints through to resolution Having confident conversations around product value, usage, retention, pricing and commercial terms within agreed guidelines Identifying opportunities to improve product adoption, increase relevant service usage or support appropriate upsell and cross-sell activity Working closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Credit, Operations and other internal teams to resolve customer issues Keeping accurate customer records and managing a high volume of activity while maintaining quality and compliance standards Contributing ideas to improve customer processes, communications and overall experience Qualifications & Skills You’ll be customer-focused, commercially aware and comfortable working at pace. We’re particularly interested in people with strong potential and experience in customer-facing, retention or commercially focused support roles. You may come from customer success, retention, customer care, sales support, account support, contact centre or portfolio-based customer management. Ideally, you’ll bring: Experience managing customer conversations in a service, retention, support or sales environment The ability to build rapport quickly and communicate clearly across phone, email and digital channels A genuine interest in understanding customer needs and helping them achieve value Confidence handling concerns, resolving issues and knowing when to escalate Commercial awareness and comfort discussing pricing, value, service options or retention solutions within clear guidelines Strong organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Experience using CRM or customer management systems; Salesforce experience would be an advantage Resilience, sound judgement and a collaborative approach Experience in fleet, payments, financial services, credit or another related industry would be helpful, but isn’t essential.
